Barton Lyle is a highly progressive and dynamic City based Independent Financial Services Intermediary.
We are at the start of an aggressive plan to significantly grow the business and to achieve this we are looking to double our sales team by the end of 2009. However, we are very proud of our existing team of advisors and are therefore only looking to recruit those advisers who meet our very high standards of professional advice
We will not only be looking at your current success as a consultant, but your ability and drive to contribute towards the ongoing development of Barton Lyle during this exciting period of planned growth.
Your qualities:
- minimum three years financial services sales experience;
- proven ability to deal with high net worth/professional clients;
- has existing client bank;
- minimum previous year earnings £50,000+;
- realistic minimum earning requirements of £80,000;
- prepared to study for and attain advanced qualifications;
- strong academic background;
- self starter and prepared to work hard to achieve results;
- satisfactory and provable KPIs;
- has an active social and or sports life outside work;
- a strong team player;
